Ready to join us for a getaway?

Here's what to do:

2. Arrange your travel to North Carolina within the approved travel window.

3. Believe God for a time of rest & preparation!

If you are driving:

Please arrive between 4:00-5:00 PM on the retreat start date. The team will be preparing for you before this time.
The address is 80 Sailview Dr, Nebo, NC 28761. (Gate code will be sent a few days before your arrival.)
On your last day, we’ll have a Grab n Go breakfast ready. Please plan to depart around 8:30 AM.

✈️ If you are flying:

We strongly recommend booking your flights 45–60 days before your retreat for the best pricing and to help our team be best prepared. We will contact you via email requesting your flight information.
Arrival Day: Book flights that land by 2:30 PM to catch our 3:00 PM shuttle from Charlotte Douglas Airport to the Getaway Property. On Arrival Days, there is also a shuttle opportunity before 11:00am.
Departure Day: The shuttle will leave house at approximately 8:30 AM. It is encouraged to book your flights to depart after 11:30 AM.
**NOTE: If your flight does not align with the shuttle, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to/from the retreat. The property is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the airport.

We are so excited for the opportunity to serve you, your family, and your church through a Lead Pastor's Getaway. Thanks to the generosity of many and fundraising, we keep the cost of a pastor's getaway free. At times, it's easy for a "free" event to be passed up on at the last minute. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of your trip, a suggested donation of $500 would help continue to pave the way for pastors to embrace a lifestyle of rest.
